City Institute of Image Management [CIIM], KMC was established in 2007 under the able guidance of the former Deputy Mayor Nasreen Jaleel.
The major objective of the institute is to improve and polish the soft skills as well as technical skills of the Government employees, enabling them to serve the general public more efficiently and effectively.
CIIM is also focused on providing young men and women with the skills they need to enter the marketplace.
CIIM has conducted 209 courses, 15 seminars (National/International level) and trained more than 6000 personnel so far. CIIM has designed and conducted courses for a wide variety of participants, ranging from security guards to members of parliament.
In addition to regular training courses, CIIM has also conducted a number of seminars, workshops for community service with the support of collaborating partners.
